Section 12
Work, Duties and Powers of the Committee
: (1) It shall be the duty of the Committee to carry out all the work and actions to be done by the Board under this Act and the rules and regulations made under this Act.
(2) In addition to the work and duties mentioned in sub-section (1), it shall be the duty of the committee to perform other tasks necessary to achieve the objectives of the board.
